In an action for declaratory judgment that the plaintiff is the owner of twenty shares of stock of the corporate defendant and for other relief, plaintiff appeals from an order which granted defendants' motion for summary judgment under rule 113 of the Rules of Civil Practice. Order unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion.
