[¶ 1] Kurt W. Schumacher appeals from a Northwest Judicial District Court order modifying his spousal support obligation and denying his motion to modify child support. Concluding the judgment of the district court is based on findings of fact that are not clearly erroneous, we summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).
