This case was called for a two-day trial beginning on May 16, 2024, at the Trial Session of the Court in Omaha, Nebraska.

On April 30, 2024, Respondent filed with the Court a Motion in Limine to Exclude the Expert Witness Report and Testimony of Jim Brinkman.

Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of this matter, it is

ORDERED that Respondent's Motion in Limine to Exclude the Expert Witness Report and Testimony of Jim Brinkman, filed with the Court on April 30, 2024, is granted.
