DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to consolidate and for extension of time to perfect appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal supported by an affidavit setting forth facts showing merit to the appeals as required by section 800.12 of this Court's Rules of Practice, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal in the event appellant moves for, and obtains an extension of time to perfect the appeals.
