ORDER

This case was calendared for trial during the Court's March 6, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session. On December 14, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 8). By Order served December 15, 2022, among other things, the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction. On March 14, 2023, the parties filed their respective Status Reports (Docs. 10 & 11).

On March 28, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss among other things the current status of the case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before June 26, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
