PRESENT:

Appeals having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on November 21, 2016, and petitioner-respondent-appellant having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his reply brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Michael Steinberg, Esq., dated November 20, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that petitioner-respondent-appellant submit ten copies of his reply brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before December 19, 2017, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
