Present — Peck, P.J., Callahan, Van Voorhis, Heffernan and Bergan, JJ.


Order unanimously modified so as to eliminate items 1 (a), 1 and 2, 2 (k), 2 (l), 3 (f), 4 (a), (b) and (c), as not proper or necessary to any valid cause of action alleged and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellants. The date for the examination to proceed shall be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice.
