DAVID K. SCHULDT & BRENDA L. SCHULDT Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Ronald L. Buch, Judge.

On May 3, 2023, the Court issued a notice of trial and standing pretrial order in this case. Those documents were returned to the Court with the notation "RETURN TO SENDER, NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED, UNABLE TO FORWARD." A review of the docket record shows that Mr. Schuldt submitted a ratification of petition, and that the envelope containing that ratification bore a different return address than was shown on his original petition and in the Court's records. The record in this case does not include a telephone number for either of the Schuldts. The Court contacted Counsel for the Commissioner to obtain contact information for the Schuldts and was given an address most recently provided to the Independent Office of Appeals by the Schuldts. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk shall update the Schuldts address of record to the address provided by Commissioner. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk shall re-serve the notice of trial and standing pretrial order on the Schuldts at the updated address.
