[¶ 1] Arman Weiss appeals from a district court judgment awarding damages to Ricky R. Schuh and Cathy D. Schuh following Weiss's construction of a road across the Schuh's property. Concluding the district court applied the correct measure of damages and the findings of fact were not clearly erroneous, we affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).
