Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

By Order served June 30, 2022, the Court directed petitioner Bruno-Johannes Schuetze to file a Ratification of Petition, ratifying and affirming, with petitioner's original signature, the filing of the petition on petitioner's behalf. Petitioner Bruno-Johannes Schuetze has failed to do so.

The premises considered, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction as to petitioner Bruno-Johannes Schuetze. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Lamesha A. Schuetze, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent". It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 27, 2023, respondent shall file either: (1) An appropriate jurisdictional motion; and/or (2) a report establishing the basis or bases for the Court's jurisdiction and attaching thereto a copy of any supporting documentation.

The Court, on its own motion, will consider reinstating the case as to petitioner Bruno-Johannes Schuetze, to the extent appropriate, if as previously directed the petition is ratified within 30 days from the date of service of this order.
