Action on a promissory note. Order denying motion of plaintiff-appellant and defendant-appellant to strike certain paragraphs from respondent's answer, to dismiss the second defense and the first and second counterclaims, and to dismiss the first separate defense, affirmed, with one bill of ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
