ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is set for hearing when the case is called from the calendar at the time, date and place shown in the Notice Setting Case for Trial, served February 6, 2024.It is further

ORDERED that the parties need not comply with the obligations imposed upon them in the Standing Pretrial Order, served February 6, 2024.

The Court is inclined to grant the motion. The hearing will focus on the future actions the parties intend to take to prepare the case for trial or to resolve it without the need for one.
