Appeal, No. 304, March T., 1964, from judgments of Court of Common Pleas of Venango County, August T., 1962, No. 35, in case of David S. Schreckengost, Wendell C. Giles and David S. Schreckengost, trading as Giles and Schreckengost, v. Edith A. Kraft, a minor, by John E. McFate, her guardian ad litem, and David S. Schreckengost. Judgments affirmed.

Trespass for personal injuries and property damage. Before BREENE, P. J.

Verdict entered for plaintiff, David S. Schreckengost, and against original defendant in amount of $10,200.35 and verdict for plaintiffs, Wendell C. Giles and David S. Schreckengost, trading as Giles and Schreckengost, and against original defendant in amount of $575, original defendant's motion for judgment non obstante veredicto granted and judgments entered for original defendant. Plaintiffs appealed.
