In an action to recover commissions for procuring contracts for the defendant, a manufacturer, from the United States Government, defendant moved for judgment on the pleadings on the ground that the claims sued upon are unenforcible by reason of public policy. It was held at Special Term that triable issues exist, and the motion was denied. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lewis, P.J., Carswell, Adel, Aldrich and Nolan, JJ., concur.
