Application to compel the defendant to proceed with arbitration of an underinsured motorist claim pursuant to an automobile insurance policy issued by the defendant, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Waterbury and tried to the court, McDonald, J.; judgment denying the application, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
