Due to inadvertent clerical error, a filing fee received in the above-docketed matter on December 17, 2020, was not properly processed and accounted for on the record herein. Consequently, by Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered August 5, 2021, this case was dismissed for petitioners' purported failure to pay the filing fee in accordance with the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. Thus, the premises considered and to resolve the error, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered August 5, 2021, is hereby vacated and set aside.
