For the reasons this day assigned in the consolidated cases of Schouest v. Schouest et al. and Schouest v. Schouest et al., La. App., 30 So.2d 871, it is ordered that the judgment appealed from in the above entitled cause of Schouest v. Schouest et al. be and the same is hereby avoided, annulled and reversed, and it is now ordered that plaintiff's suit be dismissed at his costs in both courts.
