ORDER


THIS MATTER coming on the Stipulation of Dismissal executed by Karl E. Schohl, Judy A. Schohl, and Nathaniel J. Dorfman, counsel for the United States of America, and the Court having been fully advised,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Complaint For Refund of Income Tax Overpayments, Intentional Errors and Disregard for Financial Penalties and Jury Demand filed with the Court on May 11, 2005, shall be dismissed with prejudice.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties are to bear their respective costs, including any possible attorney's fees or other expenses, of this litigation.
