Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, upon the ground that the verdict of the jury as to the negligence of the defendant was against the weight of the evidence. Thomas, Carr and Woodward, JJ., concurred; Rich, J., dissented; Jenks, P.J., not voting.
