In an action for an accounting and for specific performance of an alleged trust agreement, order denying defendant's motion to dismiss the amended complaint on the ground that it does not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Close, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Taylor and Lewis, JJ., concur.
