In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Third District, is directed to vacate its judgment in Schoenbeck v. Masterlink Concrete Pumping, LLC, case No. 03-19-0521 (10/17/19), denying Concrete Pumping of Michiana, LLC, n/k/a Lawrence Family LLC's petition for leave to appeal pursuant to Rule 306(a)(3). The appellate court is directed to grant leave to appeal and to consider the issue of dismissal for the lack of personal jurisdiction on its merits.
