Defendants-respondents John G. Balestriere, Jillian L. McNeil, Matthew W. Schmidt, Brian L. Grossman, Jin Lee, and Balestriere PLLC (the "Balestriere defendants") having moved for reargument of the decision and order of this Court, entered on September 27, 2022 (Appeal Nos. 16283-16283A) (M-2022-04100), And plaintiffs-appellants having cross-moved for sanctions against the Balestriere defendants for filing a frivolous motion for reargument, and awarding plaintiffs-appellants their attorney's fees and costs incurred in opposing said motion (M-2022-04233), And L'Abbate, Balkan, Colavita & Contini, L.L.P. having moved to withdraw as counsel for the Balestriere defendants, and for a sixty (60) day stay of this action in order to afford the Balestriere defendants sufficient time to retain new counsel (M-2022-04328), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motions and cross motion are denied.
