An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on December 29, 2011, an order having been entered February 28, 2012, assigning Timothy P. Donaher, Esq., to conduct the appeal and permitting appellant to appeal as a poor person, and an order having been entered March 8, 2012, substituting Lorenzo Napolitano, Esq., as counsel to conduct the appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the consent to change attorneys signed by James W. Schnitter, sworn to March 14, 2012, Gary Muldoon, Esq., sworn to March 14, 2012, and Lorenzo Napolitano, Esq., sworn to March 15, 2012,

It is hereby ORDERED that the orders entered February 28, 2012, and March 8, 2012, assigning Timothy P. Donaher, Esq., and substituting Lorenzo Napolitano, Esq., as counsel to conduct the appeal and permitting appellant to appeal as a poor person are vacated.
