Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. (See Finke v. Commonwealth Ins. Co. of N.Y., ante, p. 814, decided herewith.) All concur. (The judgment dismisses plaintiff's complaint in an action in conversion. The order granted defendant's motion for dismissal on the ground of laches.)
