LEEBA SCHNECK, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

This case is calendared for trial during the Court's December 9, 2024, Cleveland, Ohio trial session. On August 26, 2024, the Commissioner filed a Motion for Entry of Decision. According to the Motion, the parties reached a basis for settlement. Petitioner's counsel signed a decision, however that decision contained errors that needed correcting. If petitioner fails to respond, the Court may grant the Commissioner's Motion. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall file a response to the Commissioner's Motion for Entry of Decision by September 13, 2024.
