ORDER

This appeal was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction on May 18, 2017. On May 26, 2017, the parties filed a joint motion to reinstate the appeal. So that we may assess our jurisdiction, we order the Harris County District Clerk to file a partial clerk's record by June 19, 2017, containing:

• the judgment signed on December 21, 2016;

• the order signed on March 21, 2017, granting a new trial;
• any motion or response concerning the March 21, 2017 order; and

• the order signed on or around May 23, 2017, vacating the March 21, 2017 order.

If any of the requested items is not part of the case file, the district clerk is directed to file a partial clerk's record containing a certified statement that the requested item is not a part of the case file.
