In an action for divorce, judgment in favor of the defendant wife, here respondent, entered upon the verdict of a jury upon framed issues, affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Appeal from orders and decision dismissed. Hagarty, Davis and Taylor, JJ., concur; Lazansky, P.J., and Adel, J., dissent and vote for reversal and a new trial on the ground that the verdict is against the weight of the evidence.
