David & Amy SCHMIDT, Appellants-Respondents, v. DART BEIN, LC, Respondent-Appellant.

William C. Kenney, Lee's Summit, MO for Appellant-Respondents. Anthony W. Bonuchi, Kansas City, for Respondent-Appellant.

William C. Kenney, Lee's Summit, MO for Appellant-Respondents.

Anthony W. Bonuchi, Kansas City, for Respondent-Appellant.

BEFORE DIVISION FOUR: GARY D. WITT, CHIEF JUDGE, PRESIDING, LISA WHITE HARDWICK, JUDGE AND KEVIN D. HARRELL, SPECIAL JUDGE

ORDER

David and Amy Schmidt appeal the judgment in favor of Dart Bein, LC, on their claims for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and attorneys’ fees. Dart Bein cross-appeals, arguing the court erred in denying its request for attorneys’ fees. Upon review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the circuit court's judgment. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision, because a published opinion would have no precedential value.

AFFIRMED. Rule 84.16(b).
