It is further ORDERED that Julie Cianca, Esq., Monroe County Public Defender, 10 North Fitzhugh Street, Rochester, New York 14614, is hereby assigned as counsel for respondent-respondent herein and may submit an original, five hard copies, and one electronic copy of the respondent's brief, together with proof of service of one hard copy of the brief upon any party exempt from e-filing pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.17 (c) (6) (A).
