This case was called from the Court's Nashville, Tennessee, trial calendar on February 28, 2022. Counsel for both parties appeared and filed a proposed stipulated decision document. Counsel for petitioner filed a memorandum and limited entry of appearance on the same date. Upon review, it appears that the memorandum is duplicative of the limited entry of appearance, so we will strike that from the record. Accordingly, it is
