Tricia SCHIRO v. John M. FARRELL.

In re Schiro, Tricia;—Plaintiff; Applying For Writ of Certiorari and/or Review, Parish of Jefferson, 24th Judicial District Court Div. P, No. 652–954; to the Court of Appeal, Fifth Circuit, No. 13–CA–635.

Prior report: La.App., 131 So.3d 997

Denied. HUGHES, J., would grant.

HUGHES, J., dissenting.

With respect, I dissent and would grant the writ. When Mr. Farrell entered into a consent judgment on August 31, 2011 I believe he waived any objection to the numbering error and I would recognize the substance of said judgment over the procedural issue.
