Appellants' motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution filed under RCP 1.420(e), 30 F.S.A., was prematurely filed. See Shalabey v. Memorial Hosp. of S. Broward Hosp. District, Fla.App. 1971, 253 So.2d 712. The order denying the motion is hereby

Affirmed.
