ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

On February 16, 2023, respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution was filed. This case was called from the calendar at the trial session of the Court on March 20, 2023, at Nashville, Tennessee. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 19, 2023, petitioner shall show cause in writing why this case should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
