An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 7, 2016, And, an interim order of a Justice of this Court dated October 31, 2016, denying defendant's motion for a stay, And, defendants having moved to stay and enjoin plaintiffs from accessing any and all records of nominal defendant Times Three Clothier LLC, pending determination of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion is denied.
