On April 10, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report, therein advising that the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey had issued an order on March 28, 2024, lifting the stay in petitioners' bankruptcy proceedings to allow the United States Tax Court to "resume and prosecute to conclusion" this case. A copy of the Bankruptcy Court's order is attached to respondent's Status Report.
The premises considered, it is
ORDERED that the stay of proceedings herein is lifted, and this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
