Appellants having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Jefferson on January 26, 2016,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of John A. Cirando, Esq., sworn to October 21, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Paul J. Curtin, Jr, Esq., sworn to November 3, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered September 6, 2016, is hereby amended by deleting the date October 21, 2016, inserting in its place the date December 30, 2016.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted.
