On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 27, 2011, and the scheduling order of this Court, in the above-entitled proceeding, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated June 13, 2011, is amended by deleting from the first paragraphs thereof the words "Kings County" and substituting therefor the words "Queens County."
