On April 22, 2024, the Court issued an Order lifting the stay of proceedings in this case and directing the parties to file an agreed computation for entry of decision or separate computations for entry of decision by June 18, 2024. On May 29, 2024, the Commissioner filed a computation for entry of decision. Petitioner Craig J. Schieder filed a computation for entry of decision on June 27, 2024, after the Court's deadline. On July 2, 2024, the Commissioner filed a status report therein requesting to file revised computation of entry of decision. We will recharacterize his status report as a motion to file revised computation for entry of decision. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that the Commissioner's status report filed July 2, 2024, is hereby recharacterized as a motion for leave to file a revised computation for entry of decision. It is further
ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion for leave to file a revised computation for entry of decision is granted. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before September 9, 2024, the Commissioner shall file a revised computation for entry of decision.
