Supreme Court of Rhode Island
Feb 22, 1979
121 R.I. 950 (R.I. 1979)

Opinion

APPEAL No. 78-447.

February 22, 1979.

Abedon, Michaelson, Stanzler, Biener, Skolnik Lipsey, Milton Stanzler, for plaintiff.

Robert S. Ciresi, Louis Baruch Rubinstein, for defendant.

Because of the unusual circumstances in which the issues in this case have developed, we conclude that appeal is not the proper avenue of appellate review.

The motion of defendant School Committee of the Town of North Providence to dismiss this appeal is granted.
