ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge

On November 22, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report which informs the Court that the parties have reached a basis for settlement in this case and that respondent is in the process of obtaining the computations necessary for preparation of the decision document in order to effectuate the aforementioned basis for settlement, as it appears an overpayment will be due to petitioner.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's December 13, 2021, Jacksonville, Florida trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 7, 2022, the parties shall submit a proposed stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
