Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated February 24, 2009, for leave to reargue her prior motion, inter alia, to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 25, 2013.

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
