Anton G. Schenk was convicted of a criminal offense, and he appealed. Reversed. By the court in banc.

This appeal is controlled by the principles laid down in Wallace v. State (1927), 199 Ind. 317, 157 N.E. 657, and, on the authority of that case, the judgment is reversed.
