Motion, pursuant to CPLR 5520 (c), to treat notices of appeal as premature and for further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the notice of appeal dated June 14, 2018 will be treated as a valid notice of appeal with respect to the order of Family Court, Schenectady County, entered June 15, 2018.
