Motion for extension of time to file brief of respondent.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and the time to file the brief of respondent is extended to December 31, 2018. It is noted that no further extensions of time to file the brief of respondent will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
