Motion to consolidate appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and the appeal in case No. 511244 is removed from the September 2011 term of this Court. The appeals are set down for the November 2011 term of this Court.
