DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion to expand record on appeal, for extension of time to file and serve brief of respondent, to consolidate and for further relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to expand the record on appeal, to consolidate and for further relief is denied, without costs, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file and serve the brief of respondent is granted, without costs, to the extent that the time to file and serve said brief, which shall include as an addendum the order of Sullivan County Family Court dated January 17, 2018 and the notice of appeal dated February 2, 2018, is extended to October 1, 2018.
