MARK R. SCHEELER, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland Judge

This case was called for trial on April 17, 2023, at the Trial Session of the Court in Cleveland, Ohio. The Court granted the parties' oral motion for continuance and retained jurisdiction at that time.

On June 23, 2023, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. The parties informed the Court that as petitioner and petitioner's counsel have submitted voluminous additional documentation, counsel anticipates a complete review taking an additional six weeks. The parties have requested that the Court order a further status report or stipulated decision on or before August 31, 2023.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 31, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court decision documents or a further status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
