ORDER

On March 27, 2023 counsel for respondent filed with the Court Respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, and later filed a First Supplement to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution on April 14, 2023.

The case was called and recalled from the calendar at the Court's Cleveland, Ohio trial session on April 17, 2023. The petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. During calendar recall, the parties orally moved for a continuance.

After consideration, and for more cause fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is ORDERED that the parties' joint oral motion to continue is granted. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed March 27, 2023 and as supplemented by respondent's First Supplement to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed on April 14, 2023, is held in abeyance. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 17, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents, or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of the case. It is further

ORDERED that this case is continued, and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
