Judgment and order reversed, and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, unless within twenty days plaintiff stipulates to reduce the recovery to $3,000 and extra allowance proportionately, in which case the judgment as reduced is unanimously affirmed, without costs to either party. All concurred. No opinion.
