ORDER

On order of the Chief Justice, the separate motions of (1) the Michigan Realtors, (2) the National Taxpayers Union Foundation and Mackinac Center for Public Policy, (3) the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association and Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Foundation, and (4) the Chamber of Commerce of the United States of America to file briefs amicus curiae are GRANTED. The amicus briefs submitted by those entities are accepted for filing. The joint motion the Michigan Association of County Treasurers and the Michigan Association of Counties to extend the time for filing a brief amicus curiae is GRANTED. That amicus brief will be accepted for filing if submitted on or before December 13, 2023. Finally, the separate motions for the temporary admission of out-of-state attorneys Lindsey L. Carpenter, Laura E. Dougherty, Tiernan B. Kane, and Stephen P. Judge to appear and practice in this case under MCR 8.126(A) are GRANTED.
